Also, all embryo's start out as female. If the male chromosone is present, the clit develops into a penis and the gonads become testicles instead of ovaries. A dick is an overdeveloped clit, so a real herm won't have a clit and a dick. Or maybe about as often as a person born with two heads. Sorry.
